We realise that your commitment to our products will vary according to your size and strategy. As a result we have created different levels of Black Hole Networks Partner, each with varying commitment from you.
Our Partner Levels are:
- BRONZE
- SILVER
- GOLD
Gold Partner
This is the highest level of commitment. As a Gold Partner, you focus on large customers who are highly competent and active on a global market. You see the opportunities of being involved in a network of a global support organisation using Black Hole Networks’ solutions. Added value for the customer is a global partner who is completely responsible for a global enterprise. Gold Partners have access to and are prioritised in Black Hole Networks’ second-line technical e-mail and phone support, and are entitled to purchase a stated number of Black Hole Networks products to a substantial discount. As a Gold Partner you have a Designated Sales Contact as a business interface at Black Hole Networks and access to Black Hole Networks License Administration Tools that allows you to manage all your customers’ licenses and products. Gold Partners receive business contacts and leads from Black Hole Networks. To attain Gold Partner status a stated number of engineers and sales employees have to participate in and complete the Black Hole Networks Product/Sales training and certification. To retain this status the certified engineers and sales employees have to participate in, and complete, up to one update training/certification per year. A Gold Partner is also required to enlist a dedicated member of staff as a Black Hole Networks contact, and formulate a plan for marketing and other activities.
Silver Partner
This is a mid commitment-level. Silver Partners has focus on large customers and strong emphasis on security solutions. Silver Partners has an expressed desire to be involved with Black Hole Networks solutions. As a Silver Partner you possess a high level of knowledge and competence regarding security in general and integrated solutions using our products. Added value for the customer is strong security focus and high level of competence as regards security solutions in general. Silver Partners have access to Black Hole Networks’ second-line technical e-mail and phone support, and are entitled to purchase a stated number of Black Hole Networks products to a substantial discount. Bronze Partners
Bronze Partners focus on medium sized customers, and offer a total solution, including everything from Internet connection to advanced server solutions. Bronze Partners can also be System integrators, where security is a decisive factor in a complete solution. Bronze Partners have access to Black Hole Networks second-line technical e-mail support, and are entitled to purchase a stated number of Black Hole Networks products to a substantial discount. As a Bronze Partner you have access to Black Hole Networks License Administration Tools that allows you to manage all your customers’ licenses and products. Bronze Partners receive business contacts and leads from Black Hole Networks. To attain Bronze Partner status a stated number of engineers and sales employees have to participate in and complete the Black Hole Networks Product/Sales training and certification.
