On a high level, the Gate Seal platform consist of the clients and gateway; the clients can installed on Industrial Automation & Control Systems, Vehicle Industries, Railways, Aviation technology, laptops, Tablets and smartphones. The Gateway is a security appliance through which Gate Seal clients communicate.
Gate Seal Protocol Core & Security Overview
Gate Seal use our Second Generation State-of-the-Art, Cyber Threat Intelligence Detection & Response (CTIDR) technology. The scalable version of CTIDR combining encrypted mobile-IP roaming technology with State-of-the-Art Zero Trust security features.
The sophisticated technology behind Gate Seal will increase the security of Users, Devices, Networks, Applications, Data, performance and eases the overall manageability of the technology.
Gate Seal user authentication is done either with internal user database, or through RADIUS, which allows integration to a wide variety of different authentication systems such as RSA SecurID and mobile phone SIM based Authentication systems.
The result of the tight coupling of the encrypted mobile IP and IPsec into Gate Seal, makes it possible for clients to work automatically and without end user interaction. As these protocols are tightly coupled there is also no need to individually configure them, which in practice eliminates configuration mistakes. The end result is a highly automated, secure and user friendly client.
High Availability & Scalability
To offer true high availability and good scalability Gate Seal contains a build in clustering functionality. Two or more gateways can be joined to a gateway cluster that acts as a single high available gateway. When the first cluster node has been installed all that is required from the next cluster nodes is that network cables are attached and the added gateway is turned on. The gateway clustering software will automatically fetch configurations from the first cluster node and take them into use.
In the Gate Seal cluster all nodes are in an active mode handling client connections, which offers nearly linear scalability when new nodes are added to the cluster.
